Vietnam Airlines will become the first airline in the Asia Pacific to adopt Sabre Corporation’s, Sabre Dynamic Rewards loyalty redemption technology solution. The airline said that it is upscaling its Lotusmiles loyalty program and will deliver a personalized and optimized offer to its customers.
The Sabre Dynamic Rewards solution, on Sabre’s Commercial Platform, promises to provide an enhanced redemption experience for Vietnam Airlines most frequent travellers and will give them new ways to redeem rewards across digital and offline channels.
Vietnam Airlines said in a statement that as demand for both domestic and international travel continues to rise, a customer-centricity philosophy is essential to the airlines business strategy and this means having a dynamic rewards program.
According to Sabre, the Dynamic Rewards program is an easy and flexible method for travelers to redeem rewards and will allow Vietnam Airlines to and deepen the airlines existing Lotusmiles reward platform transforming it from a passive point-collecting program, into a dynamic program that delivers unique customer experiences.
Sabre Corporation is a travel technology company based in the United States. It is the largest Global Distribution Systems (GDS) provider for airline bookings in North America. American Airlines founded the company in 1960, and it was spun off in 2000.
