When developed and online, visitors to the Sam Son complex will be able to participate in a variety of cultural, sports and recreational activities that will allow them to experience the local traditions and culture of Thanh Hoa province.

Thanh Hoa is a province in northern Vietnam bordered by Laos and the Gulf of Tonkin. On the coast, Sam Son is a resort town with a long, white-sand beach. Ben En National Park is home to Ngọc cave, wild animals including gibbons and elephants, and Song Muc Lake, which is dotted with islands. In Pu Luong Nature Reserve, craggy limestone mountains back rice fields and traditional stilt house villages.
